| About | THE HISTORY The tannery IL DELFINO is among the leading companies producing Vegetable Tanned Bends, Shoulders, Leather and Leather split for the production of Heels, Soles, Mid-Soles etc etc. The production of the IL DELFINO Tannery is mainly destined for approx 90% , for Italian market, in particular the regions of Central to North of Italy. The tanning method, follows the traditional recipe and processed of the old tradition which uses the slow process using Chestnuts, Mimosa tanning and natural oils. RESPECT FOR TRADITION Over 35 years have passed since Tannery was founded by the present owner mr. Alfred, which used to produce leather for clothing and accessories. As time went by his son in law Mr. Del Bonta Lido started learning the trade and various tanning processes of work on leathers. It was Lido and his daughters that founded the present Tannery IL DELFINO. He is now supervising the work of the sons which have taken over the commercial, marketing of the company and of the high quality products produced. |
