| About | I hope everyone is well and business is good despite the current climate. I would like to introduce myself and Covert Arena Consulting (CAC) . I am Wayne Huxtable, Senior Partner at CAC. I am a 15 year veteran of frontier, and emerging market project management, with extensive experience at providing services at Ministerial level, currently overseeing a support services contract to the National Electoral Commission of Somaliland and their implementing partner.
