It starts from the receipt of the materialwith ultrasonic testing, X-ray (RT) Magnetic Particle Test (MT) , Dye Penetrate (PT) test are carried out after completion of welding / fabrication. Other tests such as ferrite, hardness, ferrety and conductivity are also carried out as required. All the testing is subcontracted to third party Inspection Agencies prior to dispatch. The pistons are harden by hardchrome plating. .
