| About | Established in 1998, Chongqing Wire & Cable Factory is a manufacturer specialized in the research and development and production of Electric Cables. We are located in Chongqing with convenient transportation access. All of our products comply with international quality standards, and are greatly appreciated in a variety of different markets throughout the world. And now, our factory develops as a medium-sized enterprise, focusing on producing electric wires, cables and round copper wire for electrical purposes. The factory boasts a strong contingent of devoted, qualified and experienced administrative and technician staff, advanced production and inspection equipment and scientific office procedure, which laid a solid foundation for the quick development of the factory. Currently there is a total enrolment of 60 employees, 10 of which are administrative and technician staff. The present throughput of the factory is as follows: annual output: round copper wire 3,600 tons, electric wires and cables 100,000 kilometers, making the annual production value RMB 250,000,000. The factory has 25 professional sets of equipments for producing electric wires. For producing round copper wire, there are 2 sets of first-class ZL250/TH200/YG250/WS500B intermediate wire drawing machines, 10 sets of BS22,B22 and B16-2 fine wire drawing machine and 2 sets of annealing and tinning machine, totaling 14 sets. For producing electric wire, there are 2 sets of SX-500 wiring harness machines, 1 set of GJ-500/6 tubular strander and 1 set of GJ200/12 tubular strander, 1 set of JC-65 extruder, 3 sets of JC-45 extruders and 3 sets of CQ-400 take-up coilers, totaling 11 sets. As to inspection equipment, there are 3 sets of HJ-15 fire inspection machines, 1 set of GSD high voltage testing equipment, 1 set of QJ57 direct current bridge, 1 set of 15J reading microscope, 1 set of SC-2J extension rate testing machine and 1 set of ZC-90 insulation resistance tester, totaling 8 sets. The factory goes to all lengths to control the whole producing process, making rate of qualified products 100%. The factory now has a steady and fluent raw material supply from famous domestic and civic enterprises. Also as a result of a strict obey to national standards, the production of the factory, the "flying pigeon" electric wire enjoys first-class quality and passes China Compulsory Certification (passed China Compulsory Certification for electrical products in 2002). Due to the strict and scientific management inside the factory and the joint efforts of all the staff, significant progresses have been made in all aspects and factory has been awarded ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate. The factory has a strong sense of responsibility to put out excellent productions. In the past years, all products of the factory always 100% passing periodic, aperiodic and sudden quality sampling launched by China Quality Certification Center and annual quality sampling done by local quality supervision department. Thus "flying pigeon" electric wire earns favourable comments and gains a good reputation. The factory is also capable of have various wires for special purpose made to order.
