Founded in 2002, ChipSiP is No. 1 SiP & MCP design house in Taiwan. From the name of our company, it's clear to position as a SiP(System-in-a-package) professional in Chip-stack design field. Concerning Time-to Market design for portable devices, ChipSiP releases some standard Memory MCP series which integrated various memory dice into one minimized package, such as NAND+DDR/DDRII, NOR+pSRAM, NAND+M-SDRAM/M-DDR and so on. Flexible density of Memory MCP is also necessary for taking care of customers'demand. With the miniature trend in consumer products, Memory MCP and SiP ODM are the space saving solutions for slim and small type handhelds. ChipSiP emphasizes in providing turkey solution to reduce board size and leave more space for extra functional improvement. DSC, Mobile Phone, Smart Phone, Camera Module and Communication Module require Memory MCP and SiP technology to better the design and advance features. ChipSiP gathers the R&D team from IC design, software development, system integration and assembly so that we can make a mature Memory MCP with our own design patent and complete QA flow.
