| About | Chengdu Sixing Hydraulic Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994, which was formerly known as Chengdu Sxing Hydraulic Complete Sets of Equipment Factory. Our company is a professional technology-based manufacturing company engaged in the application and development of magnetic equipment. The management idea of our company is taking the road of scientific and technological innovation and building a quality and efficiency-oriented enterprise. Our company has 25 staff members with experts in mechanical academy and 2 senior economists. The leading members of our core team specialize in research and management, accumulating a wealth of management knowledge and practical experience. We have 15 R&D staff members, and 7 of them are senior engineers. Our leading R&D staff members have accumulated rich experience in the R&D of magnetic manufacturing equipment and had strong capability of R&D and innovation. Thus, we have talents advantage in the industry. We have the automatic ferrite wet-presses of 20T, 100T, 125T, 150T, 200T, 250T and 300T and automatic dry press ferrite magnetic products of 15T, 16T and 30T. Since 2004, we have been engaged in the R&D of grinding magnetic tiles and VCM magnets of four-station-style tile-shaped magnetic grinders. According to the experts in Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau of Identification, our main technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. We have already produced and sold more than 120 units and sold our products to India, Iran, Poland, Hong Kong and other countries and regions. Our company has perfect quality assurance systems and has got ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification. Our automatic wet-press magnetic products and four-station-style tile-shaped magnet grinders have been awarded the "Excellent Products" by the National Magnetic Material and Device Industry Association. Magnetic Auto-dry presses with four-station-type grinders were also awarded the title of qualified products by Sichuan Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Information Center in 2007. Our company is the first batches of high-tech enterprises recognized by Sichuan Province, and was granted the intellectual property protection advanced units and advanced tax unit by Pixian Government. Our Ferrite permanent magnet developed automatic wet presses, auto-dry presses and four-station-style tile-shaped magnet grinders have obtained 13 independent intellectual property rights, of which there are 12 utility model patents and 1 patent. Since September, 2007, our tile-shaped magnet post processing Intelligent Flexible Manufacturing System, integrating the application of light, machine and electric integrated control technology, has solved the technical bottleneck problem of the tile-shaped magnet post-processing of mass production in China. Our project has also received support from the National Science and Technology SME Technology Innovation Fund and has already sold 10 production lines in domestic market. Since March 2008, we have been engaged in the R&D of automatic wet-press 150T, 250T and 300T, with independent intellectual property rights. Our products reach the internationally advanced level and achieve China's large tonnage automatic localization of the wet press to fill the gaps in domestic manufacture. In addition to offering tile-shaped magnets, our company produces various types of press dies, integrating design, production and technical advisory services. |
