| About | Founded in 1995, Chengdu Haofeng Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in designing and manufacturing injection molds, die-casting and blow molding tools, processing plastic and rubber products and the whole set of drop irrigation water saving products. Our company covers 40mu, including a factory area of 3,200 square meters. At present, we have a well-trained team of 169 workers, in which there are 3 senior management personnel, 8 middle management personnel, 7 Senior Technical personnel, 9 middle technicists and 12 technicists. Our company has 4 departments: Product Development Department, Mould Department, Plastic and Rubber Department and Irrigation Product Department. Product Development department: There is an experienced group of experts specialized in researching new products. Mould Department: There are 5 sets of numerically controlled lathes, 6 sets of numerically controlled discharge machines (including AGLE, MAX and SEE), 4 sets of linear cutting machines, 28 sets of fabricating machinery and 25 sets of computers. The whole manufacturing line is controlled by CNT and CAD. In recent 10 years, our company has designed and manufactured 400 units of molds for outer shells of auto air filters, filter elements and intake systems. Each year, we can manufacture about 100 sets of large and middle molds. In Plastic and Rubber Department, there are about 22 sets of injection molding machines, blow molding machines, plastic extruding machines and other devices which are for producing different kinds of accurate plastic and rubber products. In Irrigation Products Department, there are the whole sets of drop irrigation water saving products, water filtering and fertilizing equipment as well as auto control systems. We have got 6 patents.
