Our hospitality venture named Hotel Grand Central which is regarded as one of the leading one in Eastern Suburbs of Mumbai. We are planning to develop a modern integrated township in a distant suburb of Mumbai and the landscaping and road construction work is going on. This is being developed on over 300 acres of our owned land area. This project will be taken up in stages and the whole project is expected to be completed in the next five years.
