| About | looking for 1.startac cable with DB-25 and startac data connector-extermal antenna FME male adapter. 2. v60 cable needs to be corrected to work with CDI-power phone charges battery -no extemal antenn adapter. Diagram #1 is our CDI Startac Diagram for bid to manufacture.it is correct in all ways and works to our specifications. Diagram #2 is the CDI V60 cable that we are asking you to retro-fit to our CDI. Given in the diagram is the Proper Motorola Pin Out for the V60 and the Correct Pin Out on the D-Sub for our CDI. We need you to connect the dots to make sure it will work on the voice in and Voice out (and data) just as it is done on the Startac Diagram #1. If you can get the proper wiring to work we will need to order in separate orders as we need them up to 10K pieces of the V60 cable.Length of CDI cable from the V60 to the D-Sub will be 12' cable Length of antenna lead with FME MALE connector 8' cable Length of Power Adapter 2.1MM Male center Pin + 4' cable Note we are also thinking about power the CDI AND the Phones battery through the one Power Adapter and in that event we will change it to a 2.5-5.5MM center pin +. If we decide to do this we will of course supply you with the pin out placement at the D-Sub to give power to the CDI and any embedded electronics that will need to be placed inside the D-Sub. as it says in attachment.... #1 Startac needs to be bid AS IN THE DIAGRAM. #2 V60 we must have the finished Design done by Your Staff of Engineers to make it work. Much like the Startac it will work with the Cellular Data Interface (CDI) and give power to phone as well as charge the battery of the V60. It will Not Require the External Antenna adapter that the Startac will have. |
