| About | Model and prototype services: We make the outline models by hand based on sketches, as well as the detailed models and cover pieces for prototypes with CAD/cam-techniques, cnc-cut and as vacuum moulds. The prototypes are finished and painted with prints. We also create solutions for making the first working series of the product and carry out the manufacture of test series(from 10 to 1000 pieces), gathering of information and documentation included. Also jig and automation services: We design and manufacture the machines and tools needed for testing, putting together and maintenance of the product. The form jigs needed for the machines and testers are made by using the cnc-technique, based either on the 3d-files delivered by the client or on files we have modelled ourselves. The machines are run manually, pneumatically or automatically conducted by logic - whatever fits the client's needs - and are ce-certified. |
