Cafe Galilea is cultivated organically in Chiapas (BioAgricert/Ifoam Acredited. It Bac code: 008726) (Export No. 2464), under natural shade of jungle since 1893, we support the same methods of strict quality that our ancestors inherited, cultivate it handly, handle it ecologically and dry it totally under the Sun, Cafe Galilea is cultivated in Estate strictly height (+1,300msnm), We do not possess electric power and we are placed between the Forest Reserve " The Frailescana " and the Reserve of the Biosphere " La Sepultura " placed these in the mountainous chain: La Sierra Madre.
