| About | CNC Productions Incorporated is a CNC job shop providing its customers a source for CNC machined and routed components or products. With over 20 years experience with CNC machinery and production engineering, working in a multitude of materials including various metals, wood and wood products, plastics and composites. Our capabilities include (2) - 3 axis CNC Routers with capacities of 60" x 100" and 84" x 168" complete with vacuum tables and automatic tool changer. Other machinery includes 3 axis CNC Vertical Machine Center with automatic tool changer, CNC Turret Lathe, Bar fed Automatic Lathe, and secondary operations can also be performed through the use of the shops other equipment. Parts are produced from customer-supplied drawings or samples (custom design services are also available). Customer's parts are processed with the aid of full CAD/CAM systems working in 2-D, 3-D, Surfaces & Solid computer models in various file formats. One-off prototypes or large production runs.
