If a potential buyer brings his / her vessel to Togo Blue Line we can load it immediately provided the buyers can show VALID CPA, Q88, ATL AND PRE LC OR BG. The vessel will be loaded within 24 hours of receiving the above mentioned items. All our products have products (CIF, FOB, TTT, TTO) have proof of products and they are stolen products (Bunkering) .
