Chemport has more than 20 years of experience in purifying fish oils and their application. Chemport produces pure, highly concentrated Omega-3 fatty acids. The processes used on the crude fish oil are deacidification, bleaching, deodorization and Esterfication (Higher concentrations are available in the form of ethyl esters). The most important processes used to concentrate MegApex Omega-3 fatty acids are molecular distillation and ultra vacuum distillation. Further purification, urea complex treatment and Liquid chromatographic process are used to manufacture the highly purified MegApex Omega-3 fatty acids.
