C. A. P. L. ar. L are concerned with olive milling through the most modern continuous cycle machines. The variety of olives is the "Santagatese" and they are picked by hand in October and November and soon after milled in order to produce a delicate and fruity oil. We have been preparing our oil for many years in order to satisfy the demand from the new markets. |
