| About | At Bristol Seafood we specialize in fresh North Atlantic fish, frozen at sea fish, and scallops. We sell haddock, Atlantic salmon and scallops year round. Many other species are available seasonally. We package our fish and seafood to suit your needs. Typical formats are whole fish, fillets, steaks, IQF, dry scallops, and processed scallops. Generally we pack whole fish in 50 to 100 pound boxes or totes. Fillets and steaks are packed in 10 pound plastic containers, with 2 containers packed in a box. Scallops are packed in gallon (8 pound) plastic containers, with 2 containers to a box. Ice is added to all boxes to ensure the product arrives fresh at it's destination.
