Company Profile Our company, BHARAT ROTOCARVINGS, Established in 1996 with the kind co-operation of our parental organization, Tamilnad Printing Press, which has the major activity of Calendar Manufacturing since 1965. Bharat Rotocarvings, is one of the fastest growing and professional company in India engaged in Thermal Lamination machines, UV driers, Scratch card making machineries etc. Have a wide distribution network, we have established ourselves as a distinguished layer in the international and domestic market. Relying on the efforts put into research and development of innovative products, we can produce various kinds of new models used in different fields to better satisfy customer's changing needs. Moreover, we have many excellent Professional Engineers, Technicians and seasoned workers engaged in manufacturing, assembling and service implementation. The company is located in Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District of Tamilnadu, which has three major production centers of matches, fireworks and Printing. It is based on the main road from Madurai to Tuticorin and just need 1 hour driving from Madurai airport. The company started its activity as a Service Provider for offset printing machines. Machinery Division: By 1999, it took a new path on manufacturing Lamination machine and UV machine in a small way. Then the company is concentrated on UV equipments which is the new drying technology in the printing industry. By 2004, it is concentrated on special purpose machines, such as Card Printing Equipments which is fully automatic & controlled by PLCs. It is a good break-through in diversified manufacturing. Now the company is diversified in production on new types of machines like 1. Thermal Lamination. 2. Carton Folder-Gluer 3. Foiling Equipments 4. Pouching Equipments The company is having a vision to supply most of the Pre-Press equipments to the printing industry which is based on latest controlled techniques by PLCs.
