| About | Beijing Shenwu Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shenwu) is a high-tech enterprise that provides energy-saving & emission reduction technologies and industrial furnaces. Our business spreads over the country and other countries and regions, such as India, Sweden, Indonesia, Iran and Africa. Our goods are applied in the metallurgy, machinery, non-ferrous metal and petrochemical fields. Shenwu was established in 1999. With over ten years of development, our sales value increased from 700,000 Yuan in 1999 to approx. 3 billion Yuan in 2008 with assets increasing from 200,000 Yuan to over 1 billion Yuan. In addition to wholly owned Beijing Huafu Engineering Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Province Metallurgical Design Institute Co., Ltd., Hubei Shenwu Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Bolifa High Temperature Material Technology Co., Ltd, Shenwu has also established a JV company with American FCE International LLC recently. Till Oct. 2008, our company has completed over 300 energy-saving & emission reduction projects at home and abroad through EPC mode with totally accumulative contract value of over 10 billion Yuan. Our completed projects have realized an average energy-saving rate of over 30% with corresponding reduction of hazardous gas like CO2. The research & application of Shenwu's regenerative HTAC technology has received extensive attention and recognition from counterparts both at home and abroad. Shenwu has been ranked in the first place consecutively for many years among the Chinese enterprises engaged in the promotion & application of energy-saving combustion technologies. Shenwu has gathered a large batch of cross-industry senior talents who are specialized in energy-saving technologies. The industrial yard built by Shenwu in August 2004 with an investment of 90 million Yuan at Changping Sector of Zhongguancun Science Park covers an area of 3.6 hectares for laboratory experiment, R&D and engineering design. Our firm integrates scientific research, engineering design and manufacture with core energy-saving technologies. In Sept. 2007, Shenwu invested 320 million Yuan in building a manufacturing base that covers an area of 30 hectares for energy saving equipment in Xiantao City of Hubei Province. In order to further quicken the pace in independent innovation and industrialization of Shenwu's energy-saving & emission reduction technologies for fossil energy, our company further invested 160 million Yuan in April, 2009 in building a scientific research base for energy-saving & emission reduction technologies in Changping Sector of Zhongguancun Science Park. Our base covers an area of 6.6 hectares, with 6 laboratories in the advanced level for combustion technology of regenerative industrial furnaces, regenerative boilers, regenerative coal-based direct reduction of rotary hearth furnaces, gas-based direction reduction of shaft furnaces, coal gasification and coal chemical engineering and incineration of municipal solid wastes with regenerative gasification & melting technology. At present, Shenwu is also making efforts in researching & developing the applications of the technology in such areas as boilers, rotary hearth furnaces for coal-based DRI and shaft furnaces for gas-based DRI. We are actively engaged in pushing forward the extensive popularization of regenerative HTAC technologies in the key fossil fuel consuming industries, striving to make contribution to the energy-saving and emission reduction undertakings of China as well as the world. |
