| About | We are an improving manufacturer operating in Gaziantep / Turkey since 1997. Our main products are 100% PP yarn and spunbonded nonwoven fabrics. Growth Process in PP BCF Industry 160 tons / month in 1999 280 tons / month in 2003 320 tons / month in 2004 920 tons / month in 2006 Current Production Capacity (As of February 2007) 1200 tons / month Now, Bayteks have; 5 Neumag yarn machine (4 mono 1 tri-color) 11 Volkmann twisting machine (cable) 3 Rieter twisting machine (cable) 2 Superba heat-set machine (frieze) 4 Pover heat-set machine We make systematic quality control tests to all of our products, these tests are carried out in our laboratory to ensure the best quality for all our clients. Our company made an investment into the nonwoven sector, this sector is growing rapidly, operations started at the end of 2002. In September 2003, we completed out investment for first line, then in June 2006 we completed a further investment in our second line. We have production from twin beam Spunbond nonwoven fabric lines that gives us a capacity of 800 tonnes / month. Line one is 3, 20 and the new line two has a 2, 5 mt width. Again make systematic quality control tests to all of our products, these tests are carried out in our laboratory to ED ANA standards to ensure the best quality for all our clients.
