We currently do much of our own manufacturing, but due to expansion, we are looking to start outsourcing. We produce many different cast metal (lead based pewter, thinking of moving to a lead free metal) figures for use with model railroads, holiday scenes and collectibles. We are also looking to start a line of figural novelty candles, details of which will be discussed with possible suppliers. We need a supplier that is willing to take on small initial quantities (250 of each style, with total orders of at least 5000 pieces) and who will be with us while we grow our markets. Production technique for the metal figures is centrifigal rubber mold (also know as "spin") casting. We need a supplier for both figures and candles that will be able to take an original figure and create molds using the example provided. We need some one who can produce consistently high quality at a reasonable cost. Our products are recognized in their respective market places as some of the best there are, and we aren't willing to jeopardize our reputation.
