| About | Baoding Well Foundry Machinery Limited Company Casting Company, founded in 1995, is a multifunctional foundry base, and mainly manufactures middle-and-large castings of resin bonded sand. Our company has an excellent geographical edge, close to Beijing and Tianjin, and only 150km away from Shijiazhuang City to its south. So far our company has had a workshop area of 20,000sqm, 300 employees, including 25 medium-and-high technicians, and an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of castings. Our company passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality System, and was appointed as the factory attached to North China Electric Power University. Now we possess complete chemical and physical laboratory and sand laboratory, and advanced testing equipment, such as German directly reading spectrometers, ultrasonic test equipment, and Japanese metaloscopes. In 2006, we invested more than 20 million Yuan in 20T/h resin bonded sand production assembly, 220T/h portable mullers, molding rings of resin bonded sand, 30T flask shakers, 15T electric stoves, 10T/h water jacket cupolas, 2 large auto control gas annealing furnaces, and 25T large airless blast cleaners. Besides, we have tens of large mechanic process equipment connected with our branches, such as large process centers, milling planers, planing machines, large vertical lathes and boring lathes. We can realize quick process, and manufacture 100kg-15t castings, and a batch of castings can form line production and parallel operation on molding rings. For a variety of materials, we have three kinds of melting patterns: electric furnace, cupola, and cupola & electric furnace. The quick test before furnace assures the accuracy of the materials. Ultrasonic test can be carried on for overall quality assurance. Through foreign aid and great efforts of generations over the past years, we have made a great achievement in technological research. CAD and CAE are widely applied to technological design and industrial installation. In production technology, we master lots of mature experience. With the history of 12 years in the production of resin bonded sand equipment, we act as the instruction company in the research of resin bonded sand technology. In melting, we learn foreign technology and cooperate with Tsinghua University in the deep research of gray iron, ball iron, alloy cast iron, and cast steel. Besides, we have powerful technical strength in technology and industrial installation. Over the past years, we have cooperated with friends from different fields at home and abroad, and provided high standard castings for them, such as auto, pump valve, lathe, heavy, power, railway, and steel casting.
