We are exporter of knitted and woven garments .We are doing variety of knitted garment like single jersey,1*1 rib,interlock,fleece,french terry,pique,honey combed,airtex, mercerized ,striped auto stripes.yarn dyed styles .we are doing variety of process like all over print in dis charge and pigment . variety of process like mercerized,pigment print,stone wash ,silicon wash, . we are doing print in plastic sol kadi(water based) ,embroidery ,stone fixing ,studs,sequence,hand embroidery, dear customer please go below link to know view our product gallery http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/sredir?uname=109918955569275533757&target=ALBUM&id=5468453834698679873&authkey=Gv1sRgCLOUlICrtZeTCA&feat=email we are doing organic ,bamboo,100% cotton,poly cotton,bamboo/cotton,ect pls see below order follow ups what we are doing now. once we received the initial payment we will start the fabrication for bulk,same time the recommended colors will send for lab dip and one set of samples will be made as fit samples for fit approval in measurement what we are receiving from buyer . in first package we are sending below for buyer as intial approvals. 1. lab dip 2. fit samples 3. label. 4. tag 5.all accessories 6. print or embroidery logo with actual color made in swatch for approval. in mean time the bulk fabric will be ready for dyeing. once we got above approval. we are proceeding for dyeing in all colors and all accessories bulk production will be started. after the bulk fabric dyed we are sending the pre-production sample to buyer for approval with correction given in fit comments. below is the second package. 1.pre-production samples in all colors (order colors)- in this sample all trims and print will be done as like bulk. once this approved bulk production will be started . if we got comments from buyer for any changes or correction we are sending another samples for re-submission. bulk production will be started after the final approval. once bulk stitching started we are taking pieces from all colors for garment testing purpose . we are sending this pieces to ITS or SGS. after getting ready the bulk garments we are taking samples from all colors and sending this to buyer as bulk ref. our quality team checking all the stage of process like knitting ,dyeing , in line production report, online production report,mid line production report and final inspection will be done before delivery of goods to harbour. production manual. first size set approval done by our quality team. second inline third online fourth mid line fifth final inspection.
