Nowadays, producing 7500 pairs/day, bompel's plant has approximately 5800 sqmt of built area, its own tannery, foundry and laboratories to control the quality of the products. It also has laboratories which are recognized bu the brazilian ministry of labor. Apart from that, bompel counts on its 640 employees who are totally involved in the production process as a whole and mainly in the quality of the shoes which are produced. These employees have constantly been trained and motivated to improve their work because bompel believes that the investment in people is its best marketing.
