Ballingarry Lavender is located in North East Victoria. Established and ongoing from 2004 in Milawa Gourmet Region. We have x2 cultivars lavender angustifolia for culinary purposes and x3 cultivars lavendula x intermedia for other purposes. At present we have 0. 6 hectares of lavender growing with plans to extend to 8 hectares if need pervails. Oils have been distilled this year of each cultivar creating different aromas for each. |
