| About | Artois Capital Inc. was formed in April 2008 to take advantage of the opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry. The Company's mandate is to build downstream crude oil refineries. The Company has targeted China, India and Iran in the Middle East as the potential market where the Company will operate. The Company has been approached by the Investment Committee of a Province in China and has opened discussions with the Committee. Company would like to build a 200, 000 b / d crude oil refinery in China on the East Coast. Company has evolved from being a oil transportation company into a asset owning in the oil and gas field. The Company sent a team to China in 2008 to do a preliminary feasibility study to see the viability of building an oil refinery. The team came back with very positive news. The Company has been in negotiations with the Ministry of Petroleum in Iran for rights to build a crude oil refinery in Southern Iran in the future through a joint venture with a local company. The Company has been actively pursuing and also looking at opportunities in India as well. Initially we are seeking development funds and seed capital; from investors or from Industry companies as Joint Venture Partners. We will be raising capital from the Public Financial Market to construct our first crude oil refinery in China. We are also in negotiations with a number of countries to build a pipeline for oil & gas to run from Middle East to India.
