About | Our Company Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Artois Capital Inc is an international downstream oil and gas company, with 100% of its projected production in three core areas: Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Early in our history, we recognized there were limits to economic growth in Western Canada. At a time of relatively low oil and natural gas prices, oil sands and non-conventional gas were less viable options. However, the majority of our senior technical people had international experience and the decision was made to take our downstream expertise and apply around the world The year 2008 marked first year of growth andv alue creation for Artois Capital Inc. and we believe that we can go a lot further and feel it is just the beginning. To this end we have secured in 2008 a 220, 000 b / d Petroleum Refinery Project in the Middle East. We are also negotiating a pipeline project to bring Middle Eastern Natural Gas to India. We are also working with a number of official departments within China to build a 220, 000 b / d Petroleum Refinery. The company has identified these opportunities in these crucial and critical economic times. The company's managements attitude is that the seeds of success must be sowed today if we are to reap the benefits of the crop tomorrow. Looking to the future, we have begun a review of long-term investment opportunities for the Company to secure growth beyond 2011. We are reviewing the potential in each of our core operating areas.
