| About | We design & making export tooling in China factory. We supply for plastic injection tooling and Aluminiun alloy die cast tooling worldwide. We are strong in auto parts, household product, power tool tooling. Our monthly capacity is circa 200 set. We have more than 30 engineers and designers for the mould production and more than 120 technicians. We equipped 2 CNC machine centres, 10 Charmilles High Precision Wirecut EDM and 30 electric impulse precise machines. We use CAD/CAE Pro-E, UG, Cimatron in tool design and making. We also have more than 10 injection moulding machine ranged from 25 to 450 tonage. In product manufacturing, we have max 4 production lines and allow 200 works to assemble parts or products.
