We are located in Building C, Ronghui Science & Technology Industrial Zone in Wuhu Jiujiang Economical & Technological Development Area. ASE possesses the productivity of 20MW/year. ASE mainly produces solar panels and manages comprehensive application of solar energy and supporting projects. Now we can produce different size of solar panels ranges from 10W to 280W. And we can also meet your needs with index you want. Now the company itself developed PETOP (Photo-Electricity Technology of Optimized Process). It includs the follwoing items. 1. ORP (Operations Research of Process) Technology Producing solar panel (modulus) could be more complicated arrangement of processes due to many different sub-processes forms a whole process and each sub-process need different labors intensity and time spent and labor intensity is also different. Our ORP (Operations Research of Process) technology applies the planning operations research theory (linear and nonlinear planning) to reasonably planning the various factors of intensity and volume in processes. ORP can solve the optimization of the process of producing solar panel. 2. ORPPF (Optimized Relation between Products' Productivity and Factors) Technology Basically the same processes could be used in producing the solar panels with different power. But the relationship between operating arrangements and producing efficiency will be different. The study of this relationship is of practical significance for guidance of the efficiently producing different products. ORPPF can maximize the manpower and effect of equipment resources and reasonably reduce cost. 3. RRPF (Relations between Real Productivity and Factors) Having a reasonable producing process and operate a reasonable operating procedure, the productivity can be calculated theoretically. But the deviation of theoretical calculation will be lager because of the complexity of the relationships among multi factors, which blocks the arrangement and implementation of producing planning and ultimately affects the benefit of enterprises. RRPF study is to find the relationship among the producing factors and actual capacity of production in order to guide the strategic planning of company and producing planning, to meet customer needs.
