| About | Aluminium Castings Ltd have over 30 years experiance in the high pressure die casting industry, we have the capabilities to produce upto 2kg casting weight at a shot rate of 45 sec and currently produce around 100ton per annum. Our in house design uses CAD/cam technology which combined with our state of the art toolroom/CNC machine shop ensure that you will recieve quality finished parts all under one roof. The machine shop has all of the latest cnc machines ranging from fully automated lathes to vertical machine centers which run lights out and unmanned. It is with this technology and experiance that we manufacture our own scaffold componants which are currently use by some of the biggest scaffold manufactures in the United Kingdom, and currently have manufactured the first aluminium mobile scaffold tower that is certified to the newest kite mark,(BS1004:2004). We also manufacture our own range of athletic sports equipment mainly track and field for example starting blocks, hurdles, high jump apparatus and much more, which over the years have been used at many international events such as the world veteran games and All African games. We are BS EN ISO 9002 accredited. |
