The company started in 2002 in order to facilitate provision and supply of bitumen, baseoil and other petrochemical products. Its aim is to have direct contact with its clients and reduce the costs for the final user. Dubai has been chosen as the base of the company in order to offer maximum use of banking and transportation facilities.
