Aff-Trans Housing, INC. (Aff-Trans) has developed a proprietary product line of prefabricated rapid deployment housing structures. These products were initially developed after an extensive period of market research and validation, with the primary beneficiaries being victims of catastrophic disasters. The product line has now evolved into sustainable, affordable housing structures targeted primarily for developing Countries. In 2005, Aff-Trans donated one of these structures to a major NGO in Zambia, and utilized a local team of semi-skilled and un-skilled labor to prepare the site and assemble the structure within a two week time frame.
