About | Our Service 1. Synthesis of Compound Libraries With the application of computer-aided drug design and parallel/combinatorial synthesis, we may generate compound libraries for lead generation or lead optimization. Our synthesis can be diversity-oriented or target-oriented, semi-synthesis starting from certain natural products/scaffolds or total synthesis starting from scratch. Our senior managers have experience in the design and synthesis of a variety of compound libraries for in-vitro and in-vivo tests, and even discovered new potential drugs for global clinical trials. 2. Process Development Besides optimizing chemical process and scaling up, our most important strength is to create brand new sequence with the following features: scalable, concise, convergent, highly atomic efficient, cost-effective, environmentally friendlily and easy for purification. One of our senior managers has ever successfully replaced an original 33-step sequence with a novel 14-step sequence, which meet all of above standards. For one of the major fragments, the original sequence was 11 steps with 10 linear steps. Our three novel sequences were 6, 4 and 2 steps respectively, which were finally used in the production of Phase II raw material. 3. Custom Synthesis, Building Blocks and Novel Chiral Reagents Pool We may carry on the custom synthesis of any types of molecules with quantity of a few milligrams to kilograms. We also supply advanced synthetic intermediates/building blocks, such as a variety of saccharides. Our novel chiral reagent pool is partially built on our own intellectual properties. These reagents/auxiliary groups are particularly useful for large scale synthesis of chiral compounds, since they are recyclable, easily crystallized and able to adduce high stereoselectivity, and may significantly improve the chance to obtain crystalline products for the mother molecules. Our Operation 1. General We usually reply briefly to new inquire within 24 hours after quick literature screening and respond formally with quotation within 72 hours after a complete literature search and synthetic design. We provide weekly reports to our customers and facilitate our customers to monitor the progress daily via email, phone and fax. Our experimental notebooks are written in English with sign and counter sign, TLC graphs, and even experimental analysis, so our customers are able to track every experimental detail. We listen to our customs' needs carefully and adjust our operations promptly. 2. FTE based Chemistry This option enables our customers to request a series of projects, and we will assign a highly professional chemist team to take these missions. Through this type of collaboration, we may reduce the turnover rate on projects and boost the productivity. Our "Software" - Scientific and Management Strength Our senior management team has a combination of abundant industrial experience in global pharmaceutical companies and prestigious academic achievements. Generally, our senior management team has more than 240 publications and over 30 patents, and we have experience in developing new potential drugs from bench work into clinical trials. Moreover, most of our synthetic chemists are graduates from the State-Key Laboratory of Elemento-Organic Chemistry, Nankai University. Their experimental skills are surely among the top in China.
