QUALITY CONTROL - Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in 2008 allowed us to optimise all stages of translation process and significantly increase the volume of our translations while retaining high quality standards. - Ensuring consistent quality and integrity of corporate-specific terminology by means of SDL Trados databases (licensed products) which are being updated on an ongoing basis and maintaining various project-specific glossaries. - Stringent requirements imposed on project participants (strict selection, rating system, score-based competitive system for candidates) - Implemented Quality Assessment System based on quantitative criteria - Multistage Quality Control - proofreading provided by a native expert philologist/linguist, final quality and compliance supervision by a project manager.
