| About | We are a company for recycling mattresses in Germany with two companies in North and South Germany and we are planning to found another one in the middle of Germany this year. In the Moment we are recycling about 7. 500 tons of mattresses p. a. We have about 600 tons per month of PU-foam from our mattress recycling which is mostely clean, dry, and without any residual or any smell. Furthermore we have about 70 tons per month of Latex foam from our mattresses recycling. The material is clean, dry and without any residual or smell. Each bale has a total weight of 420 KG which means a sea container will have an approximately weight of 18 to 20 tons. Also we have about 10 to 20 sea containers per quarter Ether and Ester Foam from production remains. From the big car manufacturers in Germany we get about 300 to 500 tons per year of Car seats. We are shreddering this materials and our output is the pure PU-foam from the seats without any residual. We are able to bale this foam, too.
