| About | The first group of companies AMD Group entered the market of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems in 1999. During this decade, it gained strength and enter new business areas, which finally turned into a self-sustaining businesses. Working as a group of companies in the construction market, we achieved good results and benefits, as well as trends for future growth. In 2004 was established commercial and industrial syndicate of 5 companies under the name AMD Group. In 2006, the aim of creating a strong international corporation, known as AMD Group Incorporated, was created by a board of directors, managing all of its member companies. Four corporate rules became the basis of corporate culture that has evolved over the years.
