The Anhydrous milk fat(AMF) produced in our own manufacturing outlet in Loket nad Ohri consists of about 99,9% fat and 0,1% water. The product is suitable for recombination and reconstitution of milk, and is also widely used in the ice cream and chocolate industries. Anhydrous milk fat is also being more widely used in the production of baby foods and ready-cooked meals, gradually replacing the vegetable fats. |
